Incorporation of the Cluster
► Water Technology Cluster Incorporated formally became an entity August 2010.
An executive committee has been formed, and a range of issues will be worked on and brought to the first Water Technology Cluster Incorporated AGM for confirmation. these will include issues like the Constitution, structure, membership etc. In the meantime the Vision, Mission and Terms of Reference developed over the the last 2 years will meke up the "Statement of Purpose."
► Water Technology Cluster takes next step to Incorporating at June 2010 Cluster Meeting:
The Cluster formally triggered the next step in getting Incorprated Status in Numurkah on June 16 2010. Three key motions were passed at the meeting:
- The Cluster will formally adopt "Water Technology Cluster" as its entity name.
- The Statement of Purpose for the Cluster will be the Vision, Mission and Terms of Reference which can be found on this web-site.
- Greg Laidlaw was given the Authorisation to proceed with the application for incorporated status.
Roger Wrigley was selected to continue on as the chair of the Cluster as it moves into its next phase.
